The last couple of years has thrown us all some curveballs, but one of those curveballs that we were certainly not expecting was the demand for new homes! Even two years in, we are still experiencing delays due to the market and supply chain issues. Chesapeake Homes has had to learn to operate in this new time and we need to ensure that we are functioning at the high level that is expected of us, while still providing you, our Chesapeake Homes’ customers, with ideal customer service.
While we welcome you into our model homes, we strongly suggest that you schedule an appointment to visit our communities to ensure you are guaranteed an appointment slot with our agents. There are two types of appointments that can be scheduled. One is a Concierge Appointment and one is our Informational Appointment. The differences are as follows:
- Concierge Appointment: This is the type of appointment that will be set in a community that is actively selling. You will meet with our on-site agents to review floorplans and will have the opportunity to talk about more in-depth details such as base & structural pricing, available homesites, and move-in ready opportunities.
- Informational Appointment: This is the type of appointment that will be set in a community that is not actively selling, meaning we are in-between phase releases of the community. At this appointment, you can meet with our on-site agents to find a floorplan that best suits your needs, tour the model, and ask any preliminary questions that you might have about the home building process. Pricing and homesites will not be discussed at this meeting as they have not yet been released for the following phase.
